Born in Genoa but from Milan by adoption, he specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, with particular experience in Banking and Finance Law, in the M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Insurance and Real Estate sectors.
He is a member of the boards of directors of various Italian companies (including listed ones).
Aldo Bruzzone

He later acquired the title of lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Genoa and has been a Supreme Court officer since 2011.
He has held numerous seminars on behalf of public bodies, mainly relating to the matter of consortia and network contracts; on the subject he has published a guide published by the Ligurian Center for Productivity (Genoa Chamber of Commerce).

Gianemilio Genovesi
Founder
Graduated with full marks from the University of Genoa with a thesis on comparative law in environmental matters, authorized to practice with the higher courts, he is co-founder of Bruzzone Genovesi e Associati. He provides assistance and consultancy in matters of civil, commercial and administrative law for both Italian and foreign clients.

Clara Savani
Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa.
She has been a partner since 2013, she has a multidisciplinary training, which allows her to offer individuals and companies complete advice and assistance in civil law in the extrajudicial and judicial fields, with particular regard to the contractual, commercial and labor sectors. She deals with the drafting of contracts, including transnational ones, and the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Federica Paci
Since 2011 she has been collaborating with the Bruzzone Genovesi e Associati firm of which she has been associated since 2016. She deals with out-of-court and judicial consultancy in the field of civil law with particular attention to the insurance, condominium, contract and rental sectors, also providing advice and professional assistance to individuals and companies in the field of debt collection, executive, bankruptcy and insolvency procedures and mediation procedures.
Samantha Benatti
She collaborates since the beginning of the forensic practice with the Bruzzone Genovesi firm and has been associated since 2013. She carries out her activity mainly in the civil field, in particular in the sectors of public collection, insurance for important companies in the field of industrial damage policies and of RCG, RCO, commercial and family and inheritance law.
Dario Traverso
He mainly deals with assistance and litigation in the fields of Labor Law, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law, Civil Law (with particular attention to contracts) and Criminal Law of Labor, Business and Environmental, assisting both individuals and companies, including foreign a good knowledge of English. He has been an AGI member since 2019.
Roberta Florio
After graduating with a degree in Law from the University of Turin with full marks (110/110), since 1995 she is enrolled in the Milan Bar and is a Cassationist.
Since 1995 she has been the owner of the Law Firm Avv.to Roberta Florio and since 04 July 2016, she has become a partner at Studio Bruzzone Genovesi & Associati.

Lawyer since 2011, he carries out judicial assistance and mainly out-of-court consultancy for Italian and foreign clients in the fields of data protection and privacy, contracts, commercial and corporate and labor law. He is a permanent consultant for multinational companies and assists foreign clients in investment transactions in Italy.
Laura Rosa Salvitto
It carries out its judicial and extrajudicial activities mainly in civil matters with particular reference to debt collection, leases, family law, tax collection law and particular expertise in the “litigation” sector.
Alessandro Ricca
After having completed the legal practice at the District Attorney of the State of Milan and the Court of Milan, and obtained the diploma of the Specialization School for the legal professions, she passed the qualification exam at the District Court of Appeal of Milan in September 2017.
Pier Franco Cesana
Specialized in maritime law, transport and logistics with particular reference to insurance coverage C&M, P&I, Defense, Cargo, Nautical pleasure etc. He authored some commentary articles on industry rulings.
