MARCO SECCHI
Born in Milan in 1993, he obtained the Swiss high school diploma in 2011 at the Swiss School of Milan. He graduated in 2016 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a thesis in comparative commercial law.
After an internship at the Corporate department of the Milan office of Studio Linklaters, he carried out, until 2018, the internship pursuant to art. 73 D.L. 69/2013 at the bankruptcy section of the Court of Monza dealing with insolvency proceedings, real estate executions and banking litigation.
Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar since October 2019.
From 2019 to 2021 he collaborated with the Agnoli Giuggioli law firm in Milan dealing mainly with litigation and contracts and also following the activity of the German desk.
He deals with contractual consultancy and support in the management of litigation for companies and individuals.
He speaks German (bilingual certificate issued by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano), English and French.
